We are a security company, and we hold ourselves to the standard we ask of others. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our website or systems, we want to hear from you.
How to report
Email security@cybersecflux.com with a clear description, steps to reproduce, and any proof-of-concept. Encrypt sensitive details if you can. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days.
Scope
- In scope: cybersecflux.com and its subdomains.
- Out of scope: denial-of-service, social engineering of our staff, and physical attacks.
Safe harbor
If you make a good-faith effort to comply with this policy, we will consider your research authorized, will not pursue legal action, and will work with you to understand and resolve the issue quickly. Please give us reasonable time to remediate before any public disclosure.
Our commitment
We will keep you informed of progress, credit you (with your permission) once the issue is fixed, and act in good faith throughout.
